Eligibility (Eligibility)
Timeframe: You are entitled to request an exchange or return within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Product condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and without scratches, with all attached tags and cards.
Inspection upon receipt: You are allowed to inspect the product in front of the delivery representative before signing, to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Exchange Policy (Exchange)
2.1 Wrong item received
If you receive a product different from your order, we will replace it immediately and with no shipping fees.
Procedure:
Submit your request within 3 days of receipt.
Attach photos showing evidence of the error.
We will send you the correct product promptly at no additional cost.
2.2 Exchange by choice
If you wish to change the model or color for any personal reason, we will fulfill your request within 3 days of receipt.
Shipping cost: The customer bears round-trip shipping fees.
Condition requirement: The product must remain in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and without scratches.
Refund Policy (Refund)
Timeframe: You may request a refund within 3 days from the date you received the product.
Shipping costs: The customer bears all costs of returning the product to us.
Refund procedure:
Send the product via the shipping company of your choice.
After we receive and inspect the product, we will complete the refund process and return the amount within 3 business days.
Payment method: via “Instapay” (bank transfer or e-wallet).
Product condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and without scratches.
Order cancellation or modification after shipping
If you request to cancel or modify your order before receiving it, but we have already handed the shipment to the shipping company, you will bear the full shipping costs without exception.

Shipping readiness: All orders are handed over to the shipping company within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Shipment tracking: A tracking link will be sent to you as soon as the product ships, so you can follow the order step by step.
Delivery time: 48 to 72 business hours within Egypt.

Warranty (Warranty)
Warranty period: 30 days from the date of receipt against manufacturing defects only.
Procedure: Contact us to replace the product free of charge, with no shipping fees.
Misuse: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or negligence; in such cases we will not accept the claim, and the customer bears the shipping costs.
